Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Passenger Service & Customer Care Representative. This is a full time position that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gate, and baggage claim area
Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related information
Process ticket changes, upgrades, and cancellations
Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities




Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight
Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless travel experience for passengers
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and safety standards
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by going above and beyond to meet their needs

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in using computer systems and software
Willingness to work flexible schedule,
