Description of the activities: Area Sales Manager (Non-Woven & Label Printing) - International Business

Duties, powers, and responsibilities:
Maintaining and expanding global relationships with (potential) customers in your product portfolio;
Introducing, promoting, and selling products from the portfolio;
Visiting and maintaining contacts with (potential) customers;
Advising the customer on technical matters and staying informed about relevant market developments and anticipating them;
Translating technical problems of the customer into commercial solutions;
Drafting a sales plan and achieving objectives in terms of revenue, margin, and growth.
Issuing and following up on quotations
Closing order and collecting payments
Monitoring relevant market developments
Recording all relevant account information in the appropriate resources
Achieving the sales targets in accordance with the sales plan in terms of turnover, margin, and growth

Job requirements:
B. Tech. / Degree in Engineering, MBA preferred from reputed govt.



recognized University.
Extensive experience in label & Non-woven Sector in an international environment.
Able to translate the wishes and needs of customers into commercial prospects through technical insight or affinity
Affinity with production and industrial applications
Extensive sales experience in the manufacturing industry in an international setting
Combines relationship management with acquisition
Knowledge of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques
Proactive attitude, initiative-driven, decisive, and results-oriented
Convincing communicator who can effectively communicate with people in the company who are diverse in terms of languages, background, culture, and seniority
Willingness to travel internationally regularly and extensively
About 10 to 12 years’ experience in a agile product management or marketing role in textile industry.
