The Position
We are looking for an IT Analyst II to drive our company forward, and help us lead the clean energy revolution

How you will make an impact: (Impact you will have at Uplight aka description)
Monitoring and optimizing the performance of Uplight’s company-wide systems to keep Uplighters functional and focused on our mission
Collaborating with internal teams to identify and integrate current tools while also maximizing the functionality of existing solutions.
Maintaining network health across offices, preparing for backup and disaster recovery
Serving as a resource for ongoing learning with IT Support team as well as an escalation point as needed
Partnering with Security on compliance and audit

What you bring to Uplight: (Experience)
5+ years IT experience in a corporate office environment,



plus experience in system administration in at least one system
Degree in a technical field, boot camp or multiple certifications (Cisco/Meraki CCNA, Microsoft 365 Administrator, Google Workspace Administrator, JumpCloud Administrator)
Solid knowledge of IT functional areas and concepts (networks, systems, etc)
Solid problem solving skills
Basic scripting skills (bash, powershell, etc)

Bonus points:
Familiarity with Torii, FreshService, Atlassian, AWS, and Github is a plus

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
