The Role
Solid functional understanding of Deltek Maconomy Financials Hands‑on exposure to one or more of the following Maconomy modules:
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
General Ledger (GL)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Human Resources / Employees
Sales Orders
Timesheets & Expenses
Contract Management & Subscriptions
Reporting & Banking
Provide L2/L3 technical support for Deltek Maconomy ERP.
Diagnose and resolve application, batch, interface, and data integrity issues.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA)



and drive permanent remediation.
Operate within ServiceNow ITSM processes for incidents and requests.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and XLAs aligned to WPP Goverance
Ability to assess issue severity and determine appropriate escalation paths
Experience owning incidents end‑to‑end until resolution
Ability to validate transactional data related to AP, AR, GL, and projects
Familiarity with Maconomy reporting outputs and reconciliation activities
Awareness of upstream and downstream data dependencies

Who You Are
Experience working with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Experience supporting Maconomy in enterprise or multi‑entity settings
Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes
Understanding of SLA‑driven AMS environments
Ability to maintain accurate ticket documentation and status updates
