Position: Production / Assembly Operator

Location: Kelamangalam – Rayakottai Road, Hosur, Tamil Nadu (Near Bangalore)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Work in the production or assembly line for electronic products.
Handle soldering, wiring, assembling, testing, and inspection of components.
Maintain quality standards and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Operate basic machinery or tools as trained by the supervisor.
Ensure cleanliness and safety in the working area.
Meet daily production targets and report to the shift in-charge.

Qualification:
10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Degree





Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: 18 + ( Preferable below 30years)
Women preferred
Experience: Fresher’s are welcome (No prior experience required)

Salary & Advantages:
Monthly Take-Home: ₹13,480/- after all deductions (With accommodation)
Monthly Take-Home: ₹14,280 /- after all deductions (Without accommodation)
Leave Encashment as per the company norms.
Other Advantages: PF, ESI, Free Canteen, Bus Facility, and Company Hostel Accommodation
Salary Date : 1st of every month

Travel Allowance:
Transportation will be arranged by the company within the specified routes

Selection Process:

Work Timings:
8-hour rotational shifts (as per production schedule)
