Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Initiating and managing projects in accordance with all relevant guidelines, and SOPs;
Monitoring the progress against the project plan and performance indicators for quality and budget;
Achieves quality results by participating in the quality assurance program with the help of clinical and department head .
Identifies informational needs to manage medical information systems.
Identifying risks, and developing and implementing plans to mitigate risks in collaboration with team members and other stakeholders.
Acting as a daily point of contact for the stakeholders and members of the project team;
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
Developing research-specific documents and files and presentations
Negotiating contracts with institutions and suppliers;
Managing project finances in accordance with the sponsor contract and budget;
Providing input for proposals and budgets,
Provides medical diagnostic and therapeutic information, products, and services.
Implements recent programs, tests,
methods, and instrumentation.
Responsible for frequent training and capacity building program , with team member performance indicators.

Ability to organize and direct the daily activities of participating laboratories; participate with supervisor in work planning, staff training, evaluating work, and counseling; evaluate quality control procedures; review work of others for conformance with quality control procedures; maintain quality control records; perform safety checks; ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
Ability to develop necessary training tools to assist laboratories (i.e., checklists, training materials, etc.).
