Your Role:
Design and develop the Campus Resourcing philosophy, policies and processes.
Responsible for Global Leadership Hiring.
Contribute to the overall firm strategy and business building goals.
Map role criteria, design job description & making reports.
Identify prospective candidates, build out profiles in our database, develop phone and email details, and verify that information.
Develop your own network within the industry with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence
Extensive high-level interaction with candidates.
Plan and drive campaigns on all social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter to attract and engage talent.




Own and shape the career section on the corporate website and career pages in each geography where we are present
Strengthen campus engagement & employer branding initiatives at premier institutes
Foster solid relationships with institutes and implement the hiring process across Tier1 & Tier 2 B schools
Partner with campus faculty.
Contact university career counsellors and provide informative materials about our internship programs
Evangelize our unique culture, and values and help us create our employee value proposition through all internal and external communication, events and programs.
Managing all existing and current partnerships with recruitment consultants, job boards etc.
Oversee all stages of the candidate experience from application to interview to final communication.
International hiring across 65 countries where the organization has a presence.
