Responsibilities
Establish and maintain standardized technical service manuals, SOPs, specifications, and maintenance frameworks across all Group locations.
Define uniform standards for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire & Life Safety, Building Management Systems (BMS), DG Sets, Elevators, and other critical assets.

Drive IFM Standardization Initiatives
Lead implementation of standardized technical operating models across business units and project sites.
Ensure consistency in maintenance practices, service levels, staffing models, and asset management processes.

Technical Governance & Compliance
Develop governance mechanisms to monitor compliance with approved technical standards.
Conduct periodic audits and assessments to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.

Asset Lifecycle Management
Define asset performance standards, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle replacement frameworks.
Establish preventive, predictive,



and condition-based maintenance programs to improve asset reliability and uptime.

CAPEX & Technical Project Support
Provide technical guidance for current facility developments, fit-outs, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
Review and approve technical specifications, designs, equipment selection, and engineering standards.

Vendor & AMC Standardization
Develop standard technical scopes of work, service specifications, SLAs, and KPIs for technical service partners.
Standardize AMC frameworks, technical contracts, and performance evaluation methodologies.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics
Establish group-wide technical service KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
Analyze operational performance, energy consumption, asset reliability, and maintenance costs to identify improvement prospects

Cost Optimization & Efficiency Enhancement
Drive initiatives for maintenance cost optimization, energy efficiency, utility savings,
