Job Overview
We are looking for experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International US or UK Chat/Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle international customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via Chat and Voice.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Communicate confidently with US/UK customers.
Update customer interactions in the CRM system
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of International US/UK Chat or Voice Process experience.
Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
Strong typing and communication skills.
Customer-focused with valuable problem-solving ability.
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, or Email/Chat Support.
Positive listening skills and professional communication.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
