Draft and review complex contracts, including IT and outsourcing agreements/vendor/service provider. Provide legal advice on general corporate compliance.

Responsibilities
Develop, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including IT, outsourcing, vendor, and service provider agreements.
Draft and maintain standardized loan documentation formats, such as loan agreements, escrow agreements, mortgages, and security creation documents.
Identify, analyze, and evaluate legal risks inherent in bank operations, policies, and products.
Provide strategic legal advice to the Head of Legal on legal and regulatory matters.
Research and develop solutions to complex legal issues affecting the bank.
Implement a centralized contract monitoring system to ensure compliance and identify potential issues.
Oversee the management of legal cases against the bank, including case monitoring, strategy development, and coordination with external counsel. Align the bank's legal procedures with industry standards and benchmarks.

Qualifications

Qualifications: LLB
Experience: 11 to 15 years
