Job Description – Executive - Program Management(Aerospace)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Aerospace Program Manager to lead and manage aerospace programs from project initiation through successful delivery. The role requires strong expertise in aerospace program management, cross-functional coordination, customer relationship management, and end-to-end order execution.

The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership, communication, and business management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Aerospace Program Management
Lead and manage aerospace programs throughout the complete project lifecycle:
Project initiation
Planning
Execution
Monitoring
Closure
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, quality, and business expectations.
Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Drive project governance and ensure alignment with customer and organizational objectives.





Recent Project Management
Manage recent project introduction activities and coordinate project kick-off processes.
Develop project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and execution strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from RFQ/NPI to production.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

End-to-End Order Management
Manage complete order lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Coordinate with planning, procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams for execution of customer orders.
Track order status, production schedules, and shipment commitments.
Resolve operational challenges impacting delivery performance.

Customer Relationship Management & Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams.
