Job Summary

We are looking for a Techno-Commercial Executive to manage IT procurement, vendor management, and commercial governance in a regulated financial workplace (MCX). The role requires a solid blend of technical understanding + commercial acumen to handle contracts, RFQs/RFPs, and vendor negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT procurement lifecycle (RFQ, RFP, vendor evaluation, finalization)
Review, validate, and negotiate contracts, SOWs,



SLAs, and commercial terms
Drive vendor negotiations ensuring cost optimization and compliance
Collaborate with IT teams to understand technical requirements and translate into commercial scope
Perform comparative analysis (techno-commercial evaluation) of vendor proposals
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, audit, and compliance standards (financial/regulatory environment)4+ years of experience in IT procurement / techno-commercial roles
Strong expertise in RFQ, RFP, contract validation, and vendor negotiations
Valuable understanding of IT infrastructure, software, licensing, or digital solutions
Experience in commercial analysis and cost optimisation
Strong knowledge of contracts, SLAs, and compliance frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Excel, financial analysis, and documentation
