This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Responsibilities
Utilize DataSnipper Documine to pull required data out of contract and complete the Contract Info sheet.
Utilize customized Alteryx tool to check for duplicate invoices and labor/material charges and markups within payment applications.
Track Schedule of Values (SOV) for each assigned project in an Excel spreadsheet.
Assist with reviews of construction bid packages, proposals, amendments, and contracts.
Assist with the review of change orders.
Assist with in-process and closeout transactional cost and billings reviews of payment applications and supporting documentation.
Assist team in identifying cost avoidance and recoveries.
Possess knowledge of construction.
May participate in other advisory engagements
Perform other duties as requested or assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Finance, Construction Management, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 1+ year of
