Our client, a rapid-growing technology consulting and analytics organization, is expanding its enterprise data and AI practice and seeking a Senior Lead – Snowflake & AI Engineering.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on designing scalable Snowflake data platforms and building AI-powered conversational analytics solutions using LLM technologies.

You will lead architecture, mentor engineers, and deliver production-grade AI and data solutions for enterprise functions including HR, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

Snowflake Data Architecture & Engineering
Design and optimize scalable data models (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Vault)
Build high-performance ELT pipelines using Snowflake-native capabilities
Implement RBAC, governance frameworks, and security policies
Perform performance tuning, clustering optimization, and warehouse sizing
Drive cost-effective Snowflake architecture decisions

AI Engineering & LLM Implementation
Develop and deploy AI agents using Snowflake Cortex LLM or similar platforms
Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks on enterprise datasets
Build vector embeddings and semantic search layers
Implement prompt engineering strategies with enterprise guardrails
Ensure explainability, compliance, and security of AI outputs
