Job Description

Reporting to the Director, you would be responsible for:
Current operating model definition for the recently acquired business and plan its integration with the Specialty business in UK
Leading the team of managers and senior managers to deliver the strategic projects for the group across various business lines and geographic locations
Operating model review of the Specialty business in Middle East, Brazil, Canada, Ireland
Manage stakeholder relationships,



and propagate the use of the Consulting team
Identify prospects for enhancements in the way we work, and build a business case for change
Strengthen the delivery methodology
Provide superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred approaches
Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management
Lead, motivate, counsel, develop and coach operational managers, business stakeholders, other project resources
Ensure compliance with the needs of the project office

Qualifications

The Successful Applicant:
