Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant to drive end-to-end SAP Finance transformations, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to business growth initiatives. The role requires solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership across implementation, rollout, and migration projects.
Key Responsibilities
SAP Delivery & Transformation
Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and migration projects.
Drive solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment of FI/CO modules.
Manage finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking,



and Controlling.
Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
Lead data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support activities.
Provide expertise in S/4HANA Finance innovations and best practices.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor SAP consultants, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide strategic solutions.
Manage client expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
Support performance management and capability development within the team.

Business Development & Practice Building
Contribute to SAP practice development, accelerators, and reusable assets.
Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and client presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen Altivate’s SAP offerings.
Stay updated on SAP roadmap and industry trends.
