Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Manager/ Senior Manager – Product Sales to lead revenue growth for Workstatus. This role is ideal for sales leaders with a proven track record in HR Tech, HRMS, Workforce Management, Employee Productivity, Time Tracking, Attendance Management, Payroll Software, or Project Management SaaS products.
The ideal candidate should have experience selling SaaS platforms to HR Leaders, CHROs, Operations Heads, Business Leaders,



and CXOs and should bring robust domain expertise from organizations operating in the HR Tech or Workforce Management ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive end-to-end sales strategy for Workstatus across domestic and international markets.
Define and execute GTM strategies for workforce management and productivity solutions.
Drive enterprise sales and engage with CHROs, HR Heads, CXOs, Operations Leaders, and Founders.
Build and manage strategic partnerships and enterprise relationships.
Lead large-value SaaS deal closures and revenue growth initiatives.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product sales team.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive market expansion.
Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue predictability.
