Roles & Responsibilities
Real time monitoring of Agent staffing and Service Levels
Intraday reporting – hourly and day end
Route cause analysis to determine and quantify reasons for forecast variance and recommend changes to enhance forecast accuracy and Agent utilization
Flagging off any abnormality or service failure
On the day schedule optimization in order to meet desired service levels,



and providing feedback to relevant stakeholders of potential impact to service levels
Accurately tracking all/any movement of headcount. (attrition, current recruits)
Ensuring that all headcount databases are accurate and aligned (eWFM, Headcount files)
Real Time shrinkage/adherence management

Desired Candidate Skills
Very Good Communication skills, both Verbal and Writing
Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in RTA role
Well versed with reporting in Ms Excel and Google Sheets
Should be flexible with night shifts (US)/ all graveyard shifts
Should be open to Travel to different states as per organizational requirements
