Job Description:
Seamedu School of Media is seeking a dynamic and committed academic skilled to join our faculty team as an Assistant Professor/Faculty in Media and Communication Studies. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in English Literature and/or Mass Communication, combined with a passion for teaching communication, professional, and ethical competencies required in today’s industry-ready graduates.
The selected candidate will play a key role in developing students’ communication, critical thinking, ethical awareness, and qualified skills by effectively integrating theory with real-world applications. The faculty member is expected to contribute to interdisciplinary teaching, curriculum development, and student mentoring while aligning learning outcomes with industry and societal needs.

Design and deliverinteractive classroom sessionsusing case studies,role plays, simulations, presentations, debates, and experiential learning methods.
Bridge theoretical conceptsfrom communication, literature, and media studieswith real-world organizational and societal contexts.
Collaborate with facultymembers to design,review, and update curricula alignedwith academic standards, industry expectations, and emerging communication trends.
Mentor students on projects, presentations, research work, internships, and professional development activities.
Guide students in developing workplace readiness, interperson
