5+ years of experience in information security / Cyber Security management.
Facilitate collaboration with IT and other departments to integrate security measures into all business processes.
Regularly evaluate and enhance information security controls to address evolving business and threat landscapes.
Develop and deliver engaging security training sessions and phishing simulations tailored to current security challenges.
Lead ongoing information security training and awareness programs to strengthen organizational security culture.
Manage the day-to-day operations, from data protection to access controls.
Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 Lead Implementer, CRISC, etc).
Plan, coordinate and follow-up on risk activities and refine plans and strategies to mitigate identified risks efficiently.
