Job Description:

We provide Outsourced Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Virtual CFO Support to businesses across the US Market. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is proactive, results-driven, and passionate about building and improving the Sales Process.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and Qualify Leads through research and outreach.
Build strong Client Relationships with prospective customers.
Manage LinkedIn Outreach, Email Campaigns, and other Lead Generation Channels.
Maintain and update the CRM System with accurate client data.
Schedule Discovery Calls and client meetings.
Assist in Proposal Preparation, Follow-ups, and Sales Coordination.
Contribute to improving the overall Business Development Strategy and Sales Pipeline.

Highly Organized with robust Attention to Detail.
Comfortable using AI Tools, CRM Software, and contemporary Sales Technologies.




Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition is preferred but not mandatory.
