Corporate Human Resource :
Work closely with the Promoters on policies, and programs for the Group Companies/business verticals.
Effectively achieve the goals of the organization with his active participation in the process of acquisition and development of employees.
developing and implementing an overall strategy for organizational growth, Manpower Planning, Recruitment,Employee engagement, Performance management, IR/ labor relations, such as union handling, employee retention, grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, statutory compliance and labor policy, to support an excellent work setting and compliance with labor regulations.
Support employee relations by advocating an attitude and philosophy consistent with the core values of the company.
Supervise and guide the HR manager and executives in the group
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Coordinate & enable quality hiring (collaborate with functional heads on manpower planning/needs)




Manage the recruitment and selection process at Plant ,corporate office, and sales offices
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Review the monthly MIS & align strategy with the management

Compliances & Industrial Relations
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Manage employee relations, negotiation, settlements etc.
Union avoidance tactics, with solid knowledge of the National Industrial Relations Act.
Managing and negotiating union collective bargaining agreement experience
Work with and at the direction of the promoters on projects that align business and labor strategies to ensure timely execution of business priorities.
This position will incorporate knowledge of state and central employment laws to address requests from government affiliates.
