Description
As an SAP ABAP Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our team, working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality technical solutions across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, ensuring our systems meet the evolving needs of our business.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance SAP ABAP programs to align with business requirements.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of SAP ABAP programs.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, and implement them in your work.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Document and maintain technical specifications and system designs.
Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.




Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices in SAP ABAP development.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a solid understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
Proficiency in ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, ABAP Web Dynpro, and SAP UI5.
Experience with SAP HANA database and SAP Fiori is highly desirable.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.
