We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Ticketing Executive/ Airport Ground Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the aviation industry and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. As a Ticketing Executive/ Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our customers, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Process ticket reservations, changes, cancellations, and refunds accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling procedures
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely departures
Handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with company policies
Maintain accurate records and reports of ticketing transactions
Keep up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and industry trends
Adhere to all safety and security regulations at all times
Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and targets
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in using computer systems and software
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends
