Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal AVIT & Security Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this critical role, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cutting-edge Audio-Visual (AV) and Information Technology (IT) systems while ensuring robust security measures across our enterprise infrastructure.
Spearhead the development and execution of AVIT and security strategies aligned with organizational goals




Design and oversee the implementation of complex AVIT systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for AVIT and network security vulnerabilities
Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of large-scale AVIT and security projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to define security requirements and implement best practices across the organization
Develop and maintain documentation for AVIT systems, security protocols, and standard operating procedures
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in AVIT and cybersecurity to drive innovation within the organization
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for critical AVIT and security issues
