Airstriprealtech is a leading aviation company based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We are currently looking to hire freshers for the position of Airport Ground Staff. As an Airport Ground Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the airport.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at the airport
Check-in and issue boarding passes
Handle baggage and cargo
Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
Provide information and assistance to passengers
Handle flight delays and cancellations
Monitor flight schedules and communicate with the airline staff
Coordinate with other airport staff for smooth operations
Handle customer queries and complaints
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of 10+2 or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Good physical fitness and stamina
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends
Customer service-oriented mindset
Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not mandatory
