Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the company's human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, HR documentation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should possess solid interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through job portals,
social media, references, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
Manage employee joining formalities and documentation.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
Maintain employee personal files and records.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance and maintain attendance records.
Process leave applications and maintain leave records.
Coordinate with payroll teams for attendance-related inputs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries and provide HR support.
