Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
Design, configure, and customize MS Dynamics NAV / Business Central modules to align with business needs.
Develop and maintain custom extensions, integrations, and reports using AL/CAL coding and Power Platform tools.
Perform system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Handle upgrade and migration projects, including data migration and version upgrades.
Support finance, supply chain, sales, and operations teams by optimizing ERP functionalities.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, functional design documents (FDD), and technical design documents (TDD).
Ensure compliance with company policies, IT security standards, and change management processes.
