Job Summary
We are looking for an Infrastructure administrator to join our team in India. The successful candidate will provide technical support to end-users, ensuring effective resolution of desktop-related issues. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to work with multiple technologies and grow within the company.

Key tasks include:
Respond to JIRA help desk tickets and provide timely technical support to end-users in person, Teams, or via remote tools.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and productivity software (Microsoft Office, Developer Tools
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and patches
Set up and deploy current Laptops/Desktops,



ensuring proper hardware and software installation.
Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights via Active Directory
Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets, including tracking and disposal.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 3yrs experience of Desktop/Network support with strong technical, analytical, interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.
