Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day production activities and shop-floor coordination
Monitor fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing processes to ensure timely execution.
Support production planning and scheduling to achieve delivery targets.
Coordinate with design, procurement, quality, and project teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and safety practices.
Prepare and maintain production reports, process documentation, and work records.
Identify production issues and support troubleshooting activities.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and efficiency,enhancement.
Assist in material handling, inventory tracking, and resource utilization.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, machines, and equipment.
Required Skills:
Internship or training experience in manufacturing/production setting.
Exposure to pharmaceutical equipment or process industries will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of GMP, ASME, fabrication standards, or industrial safety practices preferred.
