Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk & Information Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all airport visitors, managing the front desk, and providing accurate and timely information to passengers.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all airport visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to passengers regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and other airport-related information
Assist with check-in procedures and issue boarding passes to passengers




Manage the front desk, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and productive manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless airport experience for all passengers
Keep track of lost and found items and assist passengers in retrieving their lost belongings
Maintain a thorough knowledge of airport policies, procedures, and services
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all transactions
Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Airport Manager

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a rapid-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organizational and time-management skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
