We are looking for a Plant Manager / Head to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality control, and safety compliance.
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production efficiency, minimize costs, and maximize output.
Lead and motivate a diverse team of department managers and frontline staff to achieve production targets and quality standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in performance.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, engineering,



and finance, to drive operational excellence and meet business objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for plant operations.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, training, and development.
Foster a protected work workplace and promote adherence to all health and safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in plant management, with a proven track record of success in leading manufacturing operations.
Robust technical expertise in production processes, equipment, and systems.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team
