Overview:
The Housekeeping Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the facility. This position is crucial in maintaining a positive and protected setting for both guests and staff. The Housekeeping Assistant will be responsible for various cleaning tasks and providing support to the housekeeping team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks such as Bad Making, Room Cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and laundry
Assist in maintaining cleanliness in public areas, Restaurant, Pool, including hallways and restrooms
Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and maintained
Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
Follow established procedures for waste management and disposal
Support any additional housekeeping duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and products
Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable and punctual with a robust work ethic
