Roles & Responsibility
Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Microsoft OS & ubuntu (Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows 11 & Ubuntu 16.04 LTS to 22.04 LTS)
Basic Knowledge MS Office 365 & 2019 (Word, Excel, Outlook365, Power Point)
Configuration & Support, troubleshoot printers (HP Never stop 1200Nw, HP LaserJet MFP 126NW, HP LaserJet 1020 & 1005 etc.)
Configuration & Support, troubleshoot Labels printers (TSC TTP 244 Pro, Zebra ZD220, TSC DA-310, TSC TE 244)
Contacting the user to find out the nature of the problem.
Ability to travel and work after office hours when necessary.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.




Basic knowledge of switching, Routing & Security Device (Configuration Switches, Routers)
Configuration & Support, troubleshoot CCTV related issues. (CP Plus DVRs, Hikvision DVRs)
Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
Completing job reports and ordering supplies.
Inventory all IT assets timely.
Preventive maintenance all IT assets.
Traveling to the computer market for repairing IT assets & other work.
Arranging the quotation from the vendor for repair of IT assets.
