Job Title: Senior Associate Consultant - ServiceNow

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Work extensively on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Knowledge Management.
Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portal using widgets, UI scripts, and client scripts.
Implement and support ServiceNow GRC modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management.
Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, script includes, and integrations.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of ServiceNow applications.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure best practices, governance, and security standards are followed during development.




Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization.

Requirements
Required Skills
6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Robust experience in ServiceNow ITSM module implementation and customization.
Hands-on experience in Service Portal development (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JavaScript).
Experience working with ServiceNow GRC modules.
Positive knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Solid scripting skills in JavaScript.
Experience in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
