Job Description:

We are currently seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the aviation industry and a strong commitment to customer service. As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our airport.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival
Check and process passengers' tickets and travel documents
Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations
Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner




Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of cargo
Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective and timely operations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers with special needs
Conduct security checks and screenings as required
Assist in the boarding and deplaning of passengers
Monitor flight schedules and make necessary announcements
Collaborate with other ground staff to ensure on-time departure of flights
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Participate in training and development programs as required

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
