Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Business Analyst to join our Healthcare BPO team. This role is critical in driving data-backed decision-making, optimizing financial performance, and supporting strategic initiatives across operations.

Responsibilities
Analyze financial data including revenue, cost, and margin trends to identify improvement prospects.
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Collaborate with operations, FP&A;, and BI teams to deliver actionable insights.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs, linking performance to financial outcomes.
Recommend automation and process improvements using tools like Excel, Power BI, and AI based systems.




Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Assist in client reporting and support ad hoc analysis requests.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
6 to 9 years of total experience with 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis or business analytics, preferably in a BPO or healthcare setting.
Solid proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and data visualization tools.
Experience with PowerBI, ERP systems and financial reporting platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
