Job Overview
We are looking for Benefits Operations Specialists to support the day-to-day administration of employee perks across multiple countries. This role focuses on accurate execution, timely resolution of benefits queries, and close coordination with Payroll, HR, and external benefits vendors.
As a Benefits Ops Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring employees receive the right perks on time, while maintaining compliance and a high-quality employee experience.

What You’ll Do
Benefits Administration
Execute end-to-end advantages operations including onboarding, enrollments, changes, renewals, and offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee benefits records across HR and benefits systems.
Support annual renewals and open enrollment cycles.

Employee & Customer Support
Respond to benefits-related queries from employees, customers, and internal teams.
Explain benefits coverage, eligibility, and processes in a clear and timely manner.
Escalate complex or high-risk cases to senior ops or perks leadership.

Payroll & Vendor Coordination




Coordinate with Payroll teams to ensure accurate deductions, contributions, and reporting.
Work closely with insurance carriers, brokers, and TPAs to resolve operational issues.
Track vendor turnaround times and follow up on pending actions.

Compliance & Documentation
Ensure benefits administration aligns with local statutory requirements and company policies.
Maintain SOPs, checklists, and audit-ready documentation.
Support audits and data requests when required.

Process Improvement & Reporting
Identify recurring operational issues and suggest process improvements.
Track basic operational metrics such as ticket volumes, resolution time, and error rates.
Contribute to knowledge bases and internal documentation.
