About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Backend Engineer with DevOps expertise to transform our functional prototype into a production-ready, scalable SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will architect and implement a robust multi-tenant system capable of handling scheduled web automation tasks across thousands of concurrent users.

Key Responsibilities
Convert our existing web automation prototype into a scalable, production-grade service
Design and implement a multi-tenant architecture with isolated client workspaces
Build sophisticated task queuing and scheduling systems with asynchronous processing
Develop intelligent rate-limiting mechanisms to prevent API throttling
Implement secure user authentication and workspace management
Create monitoring systems to track automation success rates and system health
Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure using up-to-date DevOps practices

Technical Requirements
4+ years of experience with Python backend development
Solid knowledge of database design (PostgreSQL) for workflow state management




Experience with job queue systems (Redis, RabbitMQ, Bull, Celery)
Proficiency with Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with browser automation frameworks (Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium)
Understanding of proxy management and request fingerprinting
Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications
Knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure cloud infrastructure

Bonus Skills
Experience with scheduled task management at scale
Knowledge of detecting and avoiding automation detection systems
Background in B2B SaaS platforms with usage-based billing
Experience with Redis for rate limiting and state management
Familiarity with event-driven architectures
