Deltacubes Pvt Ltd is seeking a talented Workday HCM Freelancer to join our team in Hyderabad( Remote ). As a Freelance Workday HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Talent and Recruiting modules of Workday HCM for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize the Talent and Recruiting modules of Workday HCM to meet the specific needs of our clients.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM.
Requirements:
Minimum of 9 years of experience working with Workday HCM, specifically with the Talent and Recruiting modules.
Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Experience with configuring and customizing Workday HCM.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
