Accounting: Ensure that the correct processes are in place and are being followed by US offices.
GL/ AP/ AR.
Bank deposit and account reconciliation
Collections letters and collections calls each week
Cost/ management accounting: develop cost drivers and allocations to enable P&Ls; for divisions and departments
Purchasing: Ability to negotiate with vendors (including subcontractors & employees). Understanding of pricing options, terms, etc.
