Role 1: Junior Business Analyst â IT / Automation

Experience: 0â2 Years

Role Overview

This role focuses on business automation, web development logic, and system implementation projects. The candidate will initially assist senior team members and gradually take ownership of assigned modules.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in requirement gathering and documentation
Draft BRD, SRS, user stories, process flows, and test cases
Support business logic, workflow, and process documentation




Participate in feasibility analysis
Assist in gap analysis and solution documentation
Support UAT and functional testing
Coordinate between technical and functional teams
Help monitor project timelines and milestones
Prepare user manuals and training documentation

Skills Required
Robust interest in technology
Excellent documentation skills
Positive communication (written & verbal)
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Logical thinking and analytical mindset
Basic SQL knowledge (Preferred)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Role 2: Junior Business Analyst â HRMS
