Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Drive the company's technological vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Oversee the development and management of our MEAN & MERN stack, setting future direction and ensuring consistent advancements.

AI and Machine Learning:
Lead AI initiatives, driving the integration of technologies like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and reinforcement learning into our platforms.
Harness LLMs like ChatGPT or Llama, ensuring Medvarsity remains at the vanguard of edtech transformations.

Product Development:
Collaborate with product and UX/UI teams to translate product vision into robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.




Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and maintenance.

Software Development:
Lead a energetic team of developers, setting best practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high standards of software quality.
Keep abreast of emerging technological trends and incorporate current technologies as required.

Infrastructure Management:
Manage our Google Cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Champion the use of open-source technologies within the organization, making sure they are used to their fullest potential.

Experience:
Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of software development experience with a proven track record in leadership roles.
Mastery over our tech stack: MEAN, MERN, PHP, Laravel, DevOps, and familiarity with AI platforms like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
