Key Responsibilities:
Lead Development Projects: Oversee the technical aspects of Salesforce solutions development and implementation.
Custom Solutions: Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform, including FSL, JavaScript, Apex, Salesforce Public Sector Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Shield, and Mulesoft.
Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
Complex Code Handling: Design and implement complex code solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into well-architected solutions.
Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.

Keep up to date with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and recent functionalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience with Salesforce development, including FSL, JavaScript, Apex, Salesforce Public Sector Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Shield, and Mulesoft.
OOP Knowledge: Robust understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex Classes and Triggers, VisualForce pages, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex code and provide scalable solutions.
Leadership: Proven experience in leading development teams and projects.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce FSL Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or equivalent are a plus.
