What success looks like in this role:

Data Analysis & Insight Generation
Analyze large, multi-source datasets to identify trends, correlations, and hidden relationships that aren't immediately obvious
Translate raw data patterns into actionable business insights and transparent recommendations
Partner with business stakeholders to understand key questions and frame analyses that directly address them
Validate data quality and integrity, and flag anomalies or inconsistencies before they reach decision-makers
Participate in system designs from a data pipeline standpoint.

Storytelling & Executive Communication
Craft compelling, narrative-driven presentations that make complex data intuitive for non-technical audiences
Present findings and recommendations directly to Vice President and senior leadership audiences
Tailor the depth and framing of insights based on the audience — from detailed analyst reviews to concise executive summaries
Anticipate leadership questions and proactively build supporting detail into analyses and decks

Dashboarding & CRM Analytics




Define and own the core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the global Field Services organization, proactively identifying operational inefficiencies to drive cost reduction (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics)
Partner with Vice Presidents and Regional Directors to translate corporate strategy into data-backed operational roadmaps driving measurable business outcomes through CRM Analytics insights and reporting.
Ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually transparent, and tailored to the decision-making needs of different stakeholder groups
Maintain and optimize existing dashboards as business needs and data sources evolve
Your analytical recommendations directly lead to measurable improvements, improve operational performance, reduce costs, and support executive deciion-making.
