Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical / Civil / Production or related discipline)
Salary: ₹5 - 7 LPA
Job Responsibilities
Ensure quality control of façade products and systems during manufacturing and dispatch
Conduct inspection of materials, fabrication, assembly, and finished products
Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs
Handle quality documentation, reports, NCRs, and corrective actions
Coordinate with production, projects, and installation teams for quality compliance
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions for defects
Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and customer specifications
Desired Skills
Experience in façade, aluminium, glazing, windows, doors,
or related manufacturing industry preferred
Knowledge of quality inspection tools, drawings, and manufacturing processes
Understanding of fabrication, assembly, and finishing standards
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a factory/plant setting
