Position: Branch Manager - Tamil Nadu

About the Role:

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our operations in Tamil Nadu. This role involves managing our four business units: Ultrasonic Plastic Welding, Ultrasonic Cleaning, Ultrasonic Screening & Liquid Processing, and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, managing the branch office, and leading the team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory across all four business units.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
Actively seek out recent clients and expand the customer base.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and service team.




Recruit and develop talent to strengthen the team's capabilities.
Set explicit performance goals and provide regular feedback.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, service, and after-sales support.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Branch Management:
Manage the branch office, including infrastructure, facilities, and resources.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory requirements.
Build and maintain a strong brand presence in the region.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical) or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the capital equipment industry, preferably in ultrasonic techn
