This role provides exposure to the complete business development lifecycle, including lead generation, client interaction, sales conversion, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research and outreach (B2B and B2C)
Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social platforms (cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling)
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions; prepare and tailor pitches and proposals
Maintain and update customer databases using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive) and ensure accurate pipeline management
Use prospecting and outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Outreach, and Mailchimp for targeted campaigns
