Job Overview:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our airport.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
Handle passenger inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Check and process travel documents and ensure compliance with security regulations
Assist with boarding and deplaning procedures
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal
Handle and resolve any issues or concerns raised by passengers
Coordinate with other departments and airline partners to ensure on-time departures




Assist with special services for passengers with disabilities or special needs
Conduct security checks and implement safety procedures as per airport regulations
Maintain accurate records of passenger information and flight details
Handle and process baggage, including loading and unloading onto aircraft
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, agile environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Basic computer skills and knowledge of airport systems is an asset
Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage when required
Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
