Job Description

Get set to up the glam-quotient in Dubai
Here is what we are looking to do:
Liasoning with Spa and Salon owners to help them market themselves better
Manage and train a team of Sales Ninjas to build a world class team
Set targets and monitor your team to reach them
Identify and engage with leads and prospects without a hitch
Monitor impacts of advertising campaigns for clients and prepare analytics reports
Manage end-to-end client relationship. This will include pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection,



campaign activations, result tracking and troubleshooting

Qualifications

The right person will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" workplace, thrive in a start-up culture and will be nothing short of passionate to sales and marketing. This role is all about bringing on business owners in a way that they can’t imagine a world without Mazkara.
Here is who we are looking for:
2 to 3 years of Sales experience. nbbn
Self Motivated people, willing to work hard and exceed targets
Self-driven, enthusiastic individuals with high integrity and excellent follow through on tasks
Fun, charismatic stars who can talk to anyone, and are comfortable working in small and close-knit teams
Phenomenal oral and written communication skills
